Refund policy

Returns and refunds

While Goforth Produce will be selling produce we will not be excepting returns. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us explaining the situation within 24 hours after delivery or pickup. Depending on the situation not all orders will qualify for a full refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Delivery

Goforth Produce will not be held responsible for orders after being delivered. All orders will be dropped off at the main door of the given address during the selected times of the week unless customers request otherwise. It is the responsibility for the customer to grab there order once delivered if stolen or never picked after dropped off the order will not be refunded

If drop off location looks to be or proves to be unsafe the customer will immediately be notified of the situation with their order being canceled and fully refunded. With the location being flagged a review.
